- Dressing schedule and current orders
- Seal, alarms, tubing and device function
- Drainage amount, color and canister changes
Other clinicians may be involved.
The ordering clinician, wound-care clinician, home health agency and equipment supplier each have distinct responsibilities. Those responsibilities should be documented.
